10 lb. tomato - chopped
6 med. onions - chopped
3 cups assorted bell peppers - chopped
12 Jalapeņo peppers - chopped and seeded
10 garlic cloves - finely chopped
1 1/3 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup cilantro - chopped
1/4 cup salt
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 T. lime juice
3 can tomato paste
1 tsp. cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large pot, except peppers and onions, and tomato paste, bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer for approximately. 30 minutes stirring occasionally, add peppers and onions, simmer another 10 minutes add tomato paste 1 can at a time until mixture is thick. Simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally, spoon into hot jars, cap and process for 15 minutes in boiling water. Let cool.
