Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 head Cabbage, shredded in small pieces 1 small package shredded carrots
2 Onions, chopped
6 stalks Celery, chopped
6 Green Onions, chopped
1 envelope Onion soup mix
3-6 dashes Balsamic Vinegar
6 Garlic cloves
Juice of 1 lemon
1 48-oz bottle of V8 juice or Spicy V8 juice 1 28-oz can Diced Tomatoes
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in large Stock pot, bring to a boil, and simmer for two hours. Keep in mind that this soup does not taste so good during the cooking process, but once it has simmered and sat it tastes delicious.
For a spicier twist I like to use the Spicy V8 and add some crushed red peppers.
This recipe is also great in a crock pot. Prepare the same but cook on low for 4-5 hours. Enjoy!
