2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1tsp dried rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp whole black peppercorns, crushed
1 lb pork tenderloin

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, combine mustard, rosemary, thyme and peppercorns; spread over pork. Place in roasting pan. Roast in 350ºF oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until cooked through. To serve, cut into thin slices. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
