2 cups winter squash or pumpkin (cooked and pureed)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt

1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat squash, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla and salt together in a mixing bowl.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 11 by 17 inch pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350ºF for 25 to 30 minutes.
