1 c. uncooked rice (I say 1/2 c.)
1 c. whole kernel corn (1 small can corn)
1 can Hunt tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion and green pepper-
3/4 lb. uncooked ground beef
4 strips of bacon, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Start heating oven to 350º.

Place these ingredients in layers in 2 qt. baking dish with lightly fitting lid.

1. 1 c. uncooked rice (I say 1/2 c.)
2. 1 c. whole kernel corn (1 small can corn)
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour 1st can of Hunt tomato sauce and 1/2 c. water over the top.
4. 1/2 c. chopped onion and green pepper.
5. 3.4 lb. uncooked ground beef (I say 1 1/2 lb. better)
6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour the 2nd can of Hunt tomato and 1/4 cup water over the top.
7. Cover meat with 4 strips of bacon, cut in half.

Cover bake 350 1 hour uncover and bake about 30 minutes until bacon is crisp.

1 can red beans, more onions, I say (1/2 c. rice - 1 small can corn - 1/2 lb meat.
