3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder

2-2 1/2 cups cheese (shredded)
1/2 pound fresh spinach (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, milk, flours, and baking powder together.
Mix in cheese and spinach. Press into a greased square baking pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350ºF until knife comes out clean (30 to 35 minutes).
