1 1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp margarine
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
4 3/4 cup sifted flour

Directions:
Melt yeast in 1/4 cup warm water; let cool. Pour 1 cup boiling water over salt, butter & sugar; let cool to lukewarm. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add 1/2 flour and blend about 1 minute (until lumps are out). Add remaining flour slowly. Pour dough in well greased bowl; let rise until doubled (about an hour). Punch gas out of dough, turn out on flour surface (don't work much). Cut out rolls, put in warm place and let rise to double in size (cover with cloth). Bake in hot oven at 400º about 12 minutes.
