1 c. flour
2T.sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c chopped pecans or walnuts
8oz. cream cheese softened

1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. cool whip
2 pkg. chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
more cool whip for top


Directions:
Directions:
mix flour,sugar, butter( it should be consistency of pie crust) and pecans together and press on bottom of 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 min. Cool. mix cream cheese powdered sugar and fold in cool whip and spread on crust. mix puddings and milk, let set for 5 min. and spread on cream cheese layer. Then spread more cool whip on top. Can sprinkle with grated chocolate or nuts if desired. put in fridge for couple hours.

Can use a graham cracker crust
