10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pint cottage cheese
1 lb. shredded Jack cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
2 cans diced green chiles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs until light and fluffy. Add everything except chiles and beat until thoroughly mixed. Fold in chiles and put into a well buttered 9 x 13 casserole; cook uncovered at 350º for 35 minutes (insert knife in center to make sure cooked all the way through). The casserole should puff up and be a light golden brown.
