1 4 oz. can diced Jalapenos- drained
1 8 0z. cream cheese - softened
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and sour cream, with mixer or by hand. Add cheddar cheese, 3/4 c of Parmesan cheese and jalapenos and mix well. Spread evenly in an 8 x 8 baking dish. Blend bread crumbs, melted butter, 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese and parsley- mix to crumbly and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350º for 15 mins. until hot and golden brown. Be careful to not overcook.
