Step 1 - Marinade
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp White Sugar (or Splenda)
1/4 tsp Salt
1 lb. Beef, sliced thin & bite size pieces

Step 2 - Sauce
1 TBsp Corn Starch
1 TBsp Soy Sauce
1 TBsp Red wine
1/2 Cup Beef Broth
1 tsp White Sugar (or Splenda)
1 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil

Step 3 - Stir Fry
3 TBsp Vegetable Oil
1 TBsp Minced Garlic
1 TBsp Minced Fresh Ginger
1 lb Broccoli Florets
1 med Onion, coarsely chopped
1 med Green Bell Pepper, coarsely chopped

Cooked Rice or Egg Noodles

Step 1 - Marinade:
1. Mix all ingredients of Marinade together, place into large zip loc bag

2. Add in Beef & marinade for 20 minutes or overnight.

Step 2 - Sauce:
1. Mix all ingredients together and set aside

Step 3 - Stir Fry:
1. In skillet, add Oil and cook Ginger, Garlic & Veggies until tender.

2. Add Beef and cook till meat is cooked through.

3. Add Sauce, heat through.

Serve over rice or egg noodles
