1 lb. Hamburger or Ground Turkey
1 Can Mild Ro-Tel
1 Can Ranch Style Beans
1 Pkg. Taco Seasoning
1 Pkg. Shredded Cheese (your choice, I use cheddar)
2 Can Croissant Rolls
Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat and add taco seasoning according to package instructions, roll out one can of croissants in bottom on Pyrex, mix meat, beans & Ro-Tel & pour on top on croissant, sprinkle cheese on top of meat mixture. Put the other can of croissants on top. Bake according the croissant directions. Serve with sour cream on top.
