1 lb crabmeat
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. Old Bay
10 saltine crackers
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard

Batter:
1egg
1 cup self-rising flour
1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Milk

Crab Mixture:
Mix crab meat, egg, parsley and Old Bay seasoning together. Roll saltines with rolling pin to make crumbs. Add saltine crumbs, mustard and mayonnaise to crab mixture. Mix thoroughly. Shape into crab cakes.

Batter:
Whip egg with spoon. Add flour, Old Bay seasoning and parsley. Add enough milk to make consistency of pancake batter, but not too thin. Mix well.

Heat oil in frying pan. Dip crab cake into batter with fork. Place dipped crab cake into hot oil to fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
