3 Cups Orzo Pasta, uncooked
3 TBsp Olive Oil
3 tsp Minced Garlic
3/4 Small Onion, chopped fine
5 1/4 Cups Chicken Broth
Salt & Pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan Cheese for topping

Optional - 2 Cups Frozen Peas or other Vegetable

Suggestions for adding more flavor:
- Use mix of Broth, Half & Half Cream & White Wine in place of all broth.
- OR, Add 1/2 Cup Half & Half Cream with broth & simmer 3 minutes before adding in the rest of ingredients
- OR, Add dollop of sour cream, splash Milk & TBsp Butter

1. Heat skillet over med-hi heat, pour in Oil. Add Garlic & Onion, cook till tender, 3 minutes
2. Pour in Broth, stir to loosen bites on bottom of pan. Bring to boil, stir uncooked Orzo.
3. Reduce heat to low, cover & simmer for 15 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed. Stir occasionally, especially towards end.
4. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
5. Sprinkle top with Parmesan Cheese before serving
