2 lbs Hamburger Meat
White Onion, diced
Beef Stew Seasoning Mix
29 oz C. Veg-All
1 Can Sweet Corn (drained)
1 Can Green Beans (drained)
1 Can Black Beans (drained)
1 Can Fire Roasted Tex Mex Style Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
8 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
8 oz. Can Green Chili (optional)
Salt
Pepper
Greek Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat with 1/2 diced onion, season with salt, pepper and Greek seasoning. Drain.
While meat is browning, combine following ingredients in stock pot.
Veg-All, extra vegetables, diced onion, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, stew seasoning mix and black beans. Bring to boil then reduce heat to simmer until meat is cooked.
When meat is browned, drain and add to pot. Cook compete mixture about 30 minutes.

Serve with cornbread or crackers.
