Think cut pork chop (10-12 pieces)

For the marinate you need:
soy sauce (1/4 cup)
sesame oil (a couple of drops)
minced garlic (6 cloves)
pinch of sugar
water (1 tbs)

Before pan frying:
Egg (1 - beaten)
Panko bread crumb (2 cups)
peanut oil (1/2 cup... add 3-4 TBS to begin with )

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the marinate ingredients together. Set aside.

2. Tenderizing the pork chop piece by piece.

3. Dip each piece of pork chop into the marinate. Lay each piece on top of each other flat on a plate. For you are done with all put the meat in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

4. When the meat is ready. Set up the cooking station as...
Meat tray > beaten egg tray > Panko tray

5. Dip one piece of pork chop into the egg then the panko.

6. Read for panfry. It takes about 1 to 2 minute per side to cook. Do not over cook. When a chopstick can poke through the chop easily it is ready.

7. Serve with rice or noddle. Enjoy!
