2 Cups Orzo pasta, uncooked
2 tsp. Minced Garlic
1 Cup Butter, cubed (or Margarine)
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Milk
4 TBsp Parsley
2 TBsp Cream Cheese
Salt & Pepper to Taste

1. Cook Orzo according to package directions & drain, set aside
2. In large skillet, sauté Garlic in Butter
3. Add cooked Orzo, Parmesan, Milk, Cream Cheese & Parsley. Salt & Pepper to taste.
4. Cook, stirring constantly, until most liquid is absorbed

If not creamy enough, add more milk a little at time until reach desired consistency

Be careful draining Orzo. Can't use regular colander, best to drain directly from pot, using lid to hold back pasta.
