1 lb medium wide noodles
7 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1 pint sour cream
3 cups milk
1 lb cottage cheese
1/2 lb melted butter
Handful raisins
Crushed cornflakes
Cinnamon and sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles in salt water. Drain and put in a large bowl and cover. Mix eggs until fluffy, then add sugar, then the vanilla, sour cream, cottage cheese milk, and melted butter. Stir in the raisins. Grease 2 pyrex pans, one 3 quart and one 2 quart. Fill with noodles and liquid. Sprinkle the tops with cornflakes, cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 325º for 1 1/4 hours. Cover with foil for the first 10 minutes, then remove. If freezing, defrost before reheating
