1 cup flour
1 stick butter
3/4 cup copped pecans
9 oz whipped topping
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz philadelphia cream cheese
2 boxes instant pudding (chocolate or lemon)
nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Layer 1: Mix thoroughly flour, butter and pecans. Cool and press into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
Layer 2: Mix together whip topping, (reserve some) powdered sugar, cream cheese and set aside until room temperature. Spread over layer 1
Layer 3: Prepare 2 boxes of instant pudding according to directions (except use 3 cups milk). Spread over layer 2 then add whipped cream on top & sprinkle with nuts or chocolate chips. Refrigerate over night.
