4 large onions
2 cups milk
1/2 cup flour
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onions to 1/4 " & separate rings. Soak in milk for 30 minutes.
Mix flour and salt. Dip rings into mixture; coating well.
Preheat oil to 370º then fry a few at a time until golden brown on both sides.
Drain on paper towels.
