28 oz canned Rotel tomato and green chilis
1/2 cup cilantro, firmly packed
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp. Ground cumin
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 TBSP fresh lime juice
Table Salt

Drain Rotel, add remaining ingredients to blender or food processor.
Pulse 5 – 6 times. Chill for 1 to 24 hours before serving.
Makes about 2 quarts.
