8 Pork chops 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" thickness
6 green onions sliced
4 celery stalks, chopped fine
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground sausage, hot or mild to your taste
1 package cornbread stuffing mix
2 cans chicken broth.

Saute onions, celery and bacon on medium high heat until onions are clear and bacon is cooked. Add hamburger and sausage and cooked until brown. Drain grease. Stir in cornbread stuffing mix. Add chicken broth until mixture is moist. Slice pork chops on the large side to create a pocket. Fill with mixture and cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. Turn pork chops over half way through cooking so both sides get done.
