Batter:
3-5 cube steaks
1/4 cup oil
flour (enough to coat each steak)
1 tbsp bead crumbs
1/2 cup italian dressing
1 small onion

Sauce:
2 cups milk
1/4 cup flour
trace of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade cube steaks in italian dressing for 3 hours
Put flour and bread crumbs in shallow dish
Coat each cube steak with mixture
Dice up onion and add to skillet with oil
Fry steaks in skillet until golden brown
Set steaks aside and make sauce
Add milk, flour and nutmeg to the juices left in the skillet
Cook mixture until it is has a consistency like gravy
Pour sauce over steaks and serve
