18 Lancia manicotti
1 1/2 lb (750 g) ground beef
2 tbsp Bravo Vegetable oil
3 slices bread, crumbled
2/3 cup milk
1 egg beaten
2 cup (500 ml) grated mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
Dash pepper
28 oz (796 ml) can Bravo spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook manicotti as package directs.

Brown meat in oil in frying pan; drain. Combine bread and milk. Allow to stand 2 minutes. Add cooked meat and remaining ingredients except spaghetti sauce and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.

Fill cooked manicotti, cover with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle parmesan cheese over top.

Bake covered at 350ºF for 30-45 minutes or until done.
