2½ lb. frozen party wings, thawed
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup granulated white sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
2 T. cider or rice vinegar
1 T. corn starch
2 tsp. Paprika
1 T. vegetable oil
⅓ cup minced garlic
3 T. Jalapeno chilies, chopped, including seeds

Preheat oven to 400°. Wash and pat wings dry with paper towels. Place wings in single layer on a 10x15 inch sprayed cookie sheet. Bake uncovered until browned and crisp, about 1 hour. Drain off fat. In a small bowl, mix chicken broth, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch and paprika, set aside. In a large skillet over med-high heat add oil, garlic and chilies. Stir fry until garlic is tinged gold. Add broth mixture and cook, stirring often, until sauce boils. Boil, stirring, until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Transfer wings into sauce, mix and serve. Makes about 16 to 20 servings.
