3 cups Frozen Sweet White Corn kernels

3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream

6 Eggs

1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

1 Tbsp Butter

1 tsp White Flour

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and put corn in Cuisinart and puree. Drain corn for 2 hours. Stir (do not beat) eggs in bowl. Add sugar, salt and baking powder.

Melt butter in small pan and roux with the flour.

Mix all ingredients together and blend well.

Put in greased baking dish and bake at 350º for an hour on until "set up" and browned slightly on top

Favorite "southern" recipe! As long as I can remember, corn pudding was served at my family's gatherings in West Virginia. The original recipe goes back more than 150 years. I have introduced this to my Neshek family and now our grandchildren request that I make it for Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings.
