-Makes 1 Quart-
2 1/4 Cups Ketchup
2 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Tsp Pepper
3/4 Tsp Chili Powder
1/2 Cup Vinegar
1 Cup Salt Pork Liquor
1 Cup Sugar
6-8 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tbsp Minced Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cut salt pork into two stripes about 1 1/2" thick
Boil salt pork in 1 1/2 cups of water for 5 minutes
Drain salt pork liquor into 1 cup
Combine all of the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil
