SAUCE:
32 oz. tomatoes
2 c. tomato juice
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic flakes
1 tsp. dry parsley
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. weight watchers sweetner * or adjust flavor with your sweetner of choice
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

FILLING:
1 carton of ricotta cheese
2 c. shredded mozzerella cheese
4T hot water
Parsley flakes for color

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, combine all the sauce ingredients and simmer slowly for 2 hours.

Boil manicotti noodles.

Combine cheese filling ingredients and stuff noodles. Put in greased 9x13 baking dish.

Cover stuffed manicotti with sauce and bake at 350º for 15 minutes covered and then 15 minutes uncovered.
