1+1/2 lb round cube steak, cut into strips
House seasoning (1 c salt, 1/4 c pepper, 1/4 c garlic powder)
All purpose flour
2T olive oil
2T butter
Medium onion, sliced
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1- 10 oz can beef broth
1- 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
1 c sour cream
cooked egg noodles

Directions:

Season steak strips with house seasoning, then dust in flour. In frying pan, quickly brown the steak in olive oil and butter. Remove steak from pan and add onion and mushrooms to pan drippings. Saute for a few minutes, until the onion is tender and toss with 1 t flour. Put steak back in pan with vegetables and add soup and broth. Cook on low 30 minutes, covered. Adjust seasoning to taste and add sour cream just before serving. Serve over egg noodles.
