1 Can (15 OZ. chili w/beans
1 1/2 C. Bisquick Baking mix
1/2 C. milk
3/4 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Paprika
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomato
Shredded cheddar or jack cheese

HEAT chili, stirring occasionally, until hot. Mix Bisquick and milk until dough forms; beat 30 sec.

SPREAD half the dough in un-greased square baking dish; 8" x 8" x 2". Top with chili; sprinkle with 3/4 C. cheese. Drop remaining dough by 6 spoonfuls onto top; Sprinkle with paprika.

BAKE in 350º oven until light brown, about 25 min. top with lettuce, tomato and cheese.
