1 c, softened butter
1/2 c. shortening
2-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
5 eggs
3 c. all purpose flour
1 c. crea of coconut
1 t. grated lemon rind
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter . Add sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add other ingredients alternating with flour. Start and end with flour. Beat after each addition. Bake in a bundt pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and let cool in pan. about 15 minutes then remove.
