Cake:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oleo
1/2 cup crisco
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup water
2 eggs
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk (with 1 tsp vinegar added)

Frosting:
1 stick margarine
1/4 cup cocoa
5 tbsp milk

Cake:
1. Mix flour and sugar together. Set aside.

2. Bring to boil oleo, crisco, cocoa and water. Pour hot mixture over dry mixture. And mix well. Add other cake ingredients and beat with mixer.

3. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes in jelly pan.

Frosting:
1. Bring to boil ingredients. Add one box powdered sugar and one tsp vanilla.

2. Cool cake to warm and pour the frosting over the cake.
