1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 cup grated zucchini
2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk (2 1/4 tsp lemon juice in 1/2 cup milk)
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 tsp cocoa
1/2 tsp cinnamon
6 oz chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Cream butter, oil, sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour milk.

2. Beat well and stir in zucchini. Add dry ingredients. Pour into greased, floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle chips on top.

3. Bake at 325º for 40-50 minutes.
