Crust:
1/2 c butter softened
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar

Filling:
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp. minute maid lemon juice

Directions:
In a 1 1/2 qt mixer bowl combine crust ingredients. Mix on low speed until blended (1 min). Pat into ungreased 8" square baking pan. Bake near center of 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown on edges. Meanwhile, prepare filling. In 1 1/2 qt bowl combine all filling ingredients. Blend well.

Pour filling over partially baked crust. Return to oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Cool.

Makes 16 squares.
