2 1/2 lbs of granulated sugar
1 lb light brown sugar
13 oz Evaporated Milk + 1/2 cup water
1 1/2 lbs creamy peanut butter
1/8 lbs butter
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Make in a heavy 4 qt pot.

Mix the first 3 ingredients and cook until "soft ball stage" is reached when tried in cold water. Watch closely, as the soft ball stage is reached in about 15 minutes. Take off stove. Add the next 3 ingredients as soon as this stage is reached. Beat all together until incorporated and pour mixture on a large buttered cookie sheet. Refrigerate until set.

Makes about 5 to 6 lbs of peanut butter fudge.
