1 pkg dark chocolate cake mix
1 6 oz pkg of chocolate pudding mix (cook, not instant)
3 cups whole milk
1 can dark cherries
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 pt heavy cream
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to pkg directions. Cool, split each layer into 2.
Drain cherries, reserving liquid. Heat liquid and add cornstarch, cook until thickened. Add cherries to liquid/cornstarch mixture.
Cool.
Cook pudding.
Whip heavy cream
Place layer of cake on plate. Spread pudding to 1 in of edge. Add next cake layer. Spread 1/2 of cherry mixture until 1 in of edge. Add next cake layer and
repeat.
Spread heavy cream on top, sides and between layers
