12 Sweet Potatoes
1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup melted butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs beaten
1 tsp salt
2 cups dark brown sugar
2/3 all-purpose flour
2/3 cup melted butter
2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 350º for 40 minutes.
Cook sweet potatoes until fork tender, either in the oven or boil on stove.
Place potatoes in mixing bowl, beat with mixer on low, increase speed and blend until potatoes are smooth.
Reduce speed to low, add sugar, milk, butter, vanilla, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
Remove any fibers. Pour sweet potato into a greased casserole dish.
Prepare the topping in a small bowl by whisking together the brown sugar, flour, butter and pecans.
Sprinkle over potato mixture.
