3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup oil (not olive oil)
3 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
salt
2 tsps. extract flavoring
Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar and eggs. Add oil, milk and extract. Mix. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and a little salt. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture. Roll into little balls.
Bake in 350 degree oven until the cookies are a little brown on the bottom, about 10-12 minutes.
Frost when cool with confectioners sugar and milk. Sprinkle with rainbow candies.
