Ingredients:	Ingredients: 3 c. flour 1/4 tsp soda 1 c. peanuts 1 c. butter 2 c. sugar 3 eggs, well beaten

Directions:	Directions: Sift flour once and then measure; add soda and sift together 3 times. Mix flour with peanuts. Cream butter and sugar gradually and mix thoroughly. Add eggs and flour. Beat well. Drop by teaspoons on baking sheet. Bake at 400º for 9 minutes. Makes 7 dozen cookies.
