2 c self-rising flour
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c cooked mashed potatoes
2 tbs. shortening
1/2 c buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour and nutmeg. Cut in shortening until mixture is crumbly. Mix sweet potatoes, sugar and buttermilk. Add to dry ingredients until mixture is moist. Roll into biscuit size. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-13 minutes
