1 lb. Kraft Caramels
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups pecans
2 unbaked pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Place caramels, water and oleo in top of double broiler.
stir frequently until melted.

Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla.

Gradually add caramel mixture. Mix well, add pecans.

Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.

Bake at 400º for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350º and bake 25 - 30 minutes longer or until done.
