3 large winesap apples (cut)
1 cup pecans or black walnuts
1 1/4 cup Wesson oil
2 cups sugar
2 beaten eggs
add:
3 cups flour
1 1/'2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together
Prepare flour mixture and add to fruit/oil mixture
Grease and flour 2 cake tines
Bake at 325º for 1 1/2 hours.
