1/4 C Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Mustard
3/4 C Ketchup
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Egg
1/2 C Milk
1/3 C Onion (chopped fine)
1/4 C Red Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
2/3 C Cracker Crumbs
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, mustard and 1/4 C ketchup. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Do not over mix.
Put loaf into a roaster. Spread ketchup mixture over loaf.
Bake 350º 1 hour 15 minutes
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
