whole graham wafers
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 1/3 cups graham wafer crumbs
1 cup chopped walnuts )
1 cup coconut
1/4 cup maraschino cerries, cut & drained well

Icing:
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
3 tbsp. margarine
1 tbsp. milk (extra if needed - 1 tsp at a time)
1/2 tsp vanilla
red food coloring (to tint pink

Line 9 x 9 pan with whole graham wafers. Trim to fit. Set aside. In saucepan, combine sugar, margarine and milk. Bring to boil. Let simmer for 2 minutes. Remove. Add wafer crumbs, nuts, coconut and cherries, stirring to mix. Pour over wafers in pan. Cool. Frost and let stand overnight.

Beat all icing ingredients in small bowl. If too thin, add more icing sugar. If too thick, add more milk. Ice bars and allow to stand for several hours.
