3 cups cooked and chopped chicken, boneless and skinless (I mix thigh and breast meat)
1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
2-1/2 cups cooked rice
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 cup sour cream
1 cup melted butter
1-1/2 cups crumbled crushed buttery round crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, sour cream, cooked rice, and cream of chicken together and place into a 9 x 13 and press into pan. In a bowl mix butter, poppy seeds and crackers; sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake at preheated 350 degrees for 30 minutes until the top is golden brown and the sauce is bubbly.
