2 cups wheat (washed in cold water)
3-4 quarts water (soak wheat overnight)

Next day bring this to a boil. Then pour into a slow cooker and cook on low for 2 hours. The wheat is ready when the kernels burst open and the fluid is thick and creamy.
Add 1/4 cup honey or more to taste and 1 cup ground poppy seeds (paste at Scoop a lot)
