1 pkg lemon jello
1 pkg lime jello
1 pkg cherry, strawberry or raspberry jello
3 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine melted
1 envelope unflavoured gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup pineapple juice
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Spray with Pam or lightly oil 3 - 8" round or square pans. Dissolve each package of jello powder in 1 cup of boiling water, and pour each flavour into a separate pan. Chill several hours or until set. Cut into 1/2" cubes.

Crust:
Mix together graham wafer crumbs and sugar. Add melted margarine and stir until well blended. Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs and pat remaining crumbs onto bottom and slightly up the sides of a 9" springform cake pan. Bake 375ºF. Cool.

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water for 5 minutes. Heat pineapple juice to boiling in microwave or in a small saucepan. Stir softened gelatin into hot pineapple juice and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Cool,

In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff; beat in sugar and vanilla. Fold cooled pineapple juice into whipped cream and then carefully fold in jello cubes. Pour mixture onto graham crumb base in springform pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup crumbs over top.

Cover and chill 6-12 hours.
