Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 loaf French bread
1 lb. hot sausage(can use 1/2 hot and 1/2 reg.)
1 sm. green bell pepper
1 sm. onion
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut French bread in half and hollow out the inside. Put bread in a bowl to dry out, then crumble it up. In a skillet, fry sausage, pepper, and onion; do not drain grease. Slice cheese in thin slices and line one side of the bread. Pour fried sausage mixture on top of bread crumbs and mix together. Pour onto cheese covered half of French bread. Slice and place the rest of the cheese on top of sausage and bread mixture. Place top half of bread on top. Put butter all over the crust of the bread. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in 350ºF oven until cheese melt and inside is hot. Bake at least 30 minutes, probably longer. Note: Grease should NOT be drained off of sausage. This makes bread crumbs stick together.
