Ingredients:  
1-1.5 " cinnamon sticks
3-4 cardamom (squish the shell)
2-3 cloves
1/4 tsp. fennel seeds
optional: 2-3 slices of ginger for extra zing
1 tea bag (orange pekoe) or 2 if you like strong tea

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat 3/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of milk, before it boils add spices and ginger
2. When mixture boils, add orange pekoe tea bag(s)
3. Turn heat down and allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes
4. Add sugar and serve (be sure to strain out spices and tea bag)
