1 c. cornmeal
3 c. all purpose flour
1 1/3 c. white sugar
2 T. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. melted butter
2 T. honey
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease baking dish. Stir together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in mixing bowl. Pour in oil, butter, honey, eggs, and milk. Stir to moisten. Pour batter in dish. Bake 45 minutes or until the top of the cornbread starts to brown and shows cracks.
